TOWN COURT - Per NYS Guidelines and COVID restrictions, the Hopkinton Town Court is closed until further notice. Therefore, no personal appearances are allowed and all vehicle and traffic matters will be handled via mail. All pleas (guilty or not guilty) must be sent via U.S. Postal Mail so it is date stamped. The court will notify you of any fines or court dates following your plea.

All payments must be made via Money Order or Certified Check in U.S. funds with your name and docket number included. No personal checks or cash are to be sent.
